Context
As part of the management of industrial maintenance activities on a production site, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner, capable of managing and optimizing intervention schedules using Primavera P6.
The candidate will work in interface with maintenance, production, methods, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with deadlines, resources, and operational constraints.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop, update, and manage preventive, corrective maintenance schedules and planned shutdown schedules in Primavera P6.
• Ensure monitoring of activity progress and analyze deviations between actual and planned performance.
• Identify critical paths and propose corrective actions to limit deviations.
• Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders in order to optimize intervention sequences.
• Participate in the preparation of technical shutdowns and major maintenance operations.
• Produce performance indicators and schedule reporting.
• Anticipate human, material, and logistical resource needs.
• Lead schedule follow-up meetings with operational teams.
• Ensure the consistency of planning data and its regular updating in management tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes.
Desired Profile
• Bachelor’s degree +3 to +5 in industrial maintenance, industrial engineering, project management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in planning within an industrial or maintenance environment.
• Significant experience in managing complex schedules.
• Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Good understanding of industrial maintenance activities.
• Ability to work in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong autonomy and sense of responsibility.
