Context

As part of complex industrial projects with high investment levels, we are seeking a Senior OPC Coordinator to ensure planning management, coordination of site interfaces, and monitoring of operations during the execution phase.

The position involves a strong field presence as well as close coordination between the various project stakeholders in environments with high simultaneous activity.

Main Responsibilities

OPC Management & Planning

• Develop and maintain the project’s master and detailed schedules.
• Ensure schedule updates in Primavera P6.
• Identify and monitor critical paths.
• Analyze deviations and propose recovery plans.
• Perform impact analyses and schedule simulations.
• Ensure monitoring of contractual milestones.

Commissioning and Testing

• Produce progress reports.
• Analyze risks and impacts on deadlines.
• Ensure monitoring of performance indicators.
• Propose the necessary corrective actions.

Reporting

• Produce progress reports.
• Analyze risks and impacts on deadlines.
• Ensure monitoring of performance indicators.
• Propose the necessary corrective actions.

Required Profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in OPC, coordination, or planning of industrial projects.
• Mandatory experience in the construction execution phase.
• Experience on complex industrial projects with high CAPEX.
• Experience in EPC / EPCM environments.
• Experience in multi-package coordination and high site coactivity environments.
• Good understanding of commissioning and start-up issues.
• Experience in an international environment appreciated.
• Professional English mandatory.
