Context

As part of major industrial projects in the energy and nuclear sector, we are looking for a Qualification Engineer to ensure the management and execution of qualification activities for equipment, systems, or processes.

The position is involved during the engineering, execution, and commissioning phases, with the objective of ensuring the compliance of installations with contractual, regulatory, and performance requirements.

Responsibilities & Duties

Management of Qualification Activities

• Plan and coordinate internal and external qualification activities.
• Monitor the progress of qualification programs.
• Identify risks and implement appropriate actions.
• Coordinate interfaces between project teams, suppliers, and customers.

Preparation and Execution of Tests

• Organize and lead testing and qualification campaigns.
• Supervise validation and performance testing of equipment.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, and other applicable qualification activities.
• Verify the compliance of results with technical and functional requirements.

Non-Conformance Management and Continuous Improvement

• Analyze test results and identified deviations.
• Identify non-conformities and participate in their resolution.
• Define and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to root cause analyses and improvement plans.

Reporting and Program Closure

• Prepare qualification reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure the update of monitoring indicators and dashboards.
• Present the progress of activities to stakeholders.
• Participate in the closure of qualification programs and the final acceptance of installations.

Profile Required

• Education: Master’s degree (Engineering School or equivalent university degree)
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in qualification, validation, or project engineering
• Occasional travel required
• Languages: Fluent French, technical English required.
