Context

As part of the development and operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure (EV charging infrastructure – EVSE), we are looking for a Fleet Manager / Charging Station Product Owner to oversee the operational performance of the charging station fleet, technical interconnections, and the coordination of integration projects.

Acting as the interface between customers, development teams, operations, and technical partners, you will ensure the consistency of the deployed solutions, the availability of services, and the continuous improvement of processes in an environment combining BUILD, RUN, and innovation.

Responsibilities & Duties

Operational Management & Coordination

• Manage the operational activities of customers and technical partners.
• Coordinate communication between the Development, Operations, OPS teams, and external stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor integration projects through to production deployment.
• Ensure the quality of technical information and compliance with deadlines.

Interconnection Management & Supervision

• Lead API interconnection projects with third-party systems.
• Define and formalize interface agreements and data flow matrices.
• Supervise the quality of data exchanges between the various stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with interoperability standards and protocols.

EV Charging Infrastructure Fleet Management

• Manage the lifecycle of the charging station fleet.
• Structure and maintain the technical documentation of the equipment.
• Implement monitoring dashboards and performance indicators.
• Monitor operational activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of fleet availability.

Project Management & Innovation

• Participate in the analysis of customer requirements and the prioritization of developments.
• Contribute to Smart Charging and innovation projects.
• Participate in the technical responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Assess the impact of changes in terms of workload, schedule, risks, and complexity.

Compliance & Operations Support

• Monitor regulatory and standards developments.
• Follow OCPP, OCPI, and EV charging infrastructure sector requirements.
• Participate in incident analysis and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to the structuring of operational documentation and procedures.

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree +3 to +5 in engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, or project management.
• Proven experience in technical project management, operations, supervision, or the EV charging infrastructure environment.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination between technical and business teams.
• Good understanding of integration, interoperability, and connected services operations.
• Experience in Product Ownership, fleet supervision, or electric mobility is a major advantage.
