Context
As part of strengthening our Finance function, we are looking for a Finance Director capable of overseeing all of the company’s financial activities. As a true business partner to Executive Management, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, securing financial operations, and supporting strategic decision-making. The position involves regular travel between our various sites to ensure close financial oversight and contribute to the development of our activities.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Define and implement the financial strategy in line with the group’s objectives.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, management control, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Ensure the reliability of the financial statements and compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare budgets, monitor their execution, and analyze variances in order to propose corrective actions.
• Optimize cash management, financing, and working capital requirements.
• Manage financial closing processes and produce dashboards for Executive Management.
• Supervise internal and external audits and ensure the implementation of recommendations.
• Establish and strengthen internal control and risk management procedures.
• Support the group’s development, investment, and transformation projects.
• Lead, support, and develop the finance teams.
• Travel regularly between the company’s various sites.
Required Profile
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience, including significant experience as a Finance Director, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in financial management, management control, treasury, taxation, reporting, and auditing.
• Excellent command of financial management tools and enterprise management information systems (ERP).
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-site environment.
• Proven leadership, strategic vision, and strong decision-making skills.
