Context

To strengthen our corporate image and expand our digital presence at both local and international levels, we are looking for a creative, autonomous, and highly skilled Trilingual Community Manager.

You will be responsible for managing the company’s digital communication and editorial strategy. Your role will be to showcase our projects, technical achievements, teams, expertise, and corporate culture while adapting content to different audiences in French, Arabic, and English.

The position combines content strategy, multilingual copywriting, graphic design, community engagement, corporate communication, employer branding, and digital performance analysis.

 

Main Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Multilingual Editorial Management

  • Define, plan, and execute the company’s digital editorial calendar.
  • Develop content tailored to the company’s main digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn and relevant corporate channels.
  • Write engaging, professional, and high-impact content in French, Arabic, and English.
  • Adapt tone, format, and messaging according to the language, target audience, and communication channel.
  • Showcase key project milestones, site progress, new contracts, partnerships, and company news.
  • Create content highlighting the company’s technical expertise, engineering capabilities, teams, and corporate culture.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives through targeted digital content.
  • Ensure editorial consistency and a high standard of communication across all published content.

Graphic Design & Multimedia Content Creation

  • Design high-quality visuals, infographics, digital banners, and social media content.
  • Create visual assets for corporate communication and recruitment campaigns.
  • Select, retouch, and curate photographs from projects, construction sites, offices, and internal events.
  • Contribute to the creation and editing of short-form video content.
  • Ensure consistency with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a polished, professional, and premium digital presence across all communication channels.

Community Management & E-Reputation

  • Manage, engage, and grow the company’s online communities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, private messages, and online interactions in French, Arabic, and English.
  • Maintain consistent communication with industry professionals, candidates, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor the company’s online reputation and identify potential communication risks.
  • Identify relevant trends, topics, and opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry monitoring across the engineering, industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Monitor major engineering and infrastructure developments in Algeria and the MENA region.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Communication

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to promote career opportunities.
  • Develop targeted digital campaigns for technical and engineering recruitment needs.
  • Highlight technical professions, employee expertise, career paths, and project achievements.
  • Create content designed to attract engineers, technical experts, supervisors, and project management professionals.
  • Strengthen the company’s attractiveness to both local and international talent.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor key social media and digital communication performance indicators.
  • Track engagement rates, reach, impressions, audience growth, and content performance.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of different content formats and campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend optimisation actions.
  • Adjust the editorial and content strategy based on data and performance results.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Applied Foreign Languages, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Community Manager, Content Manager, Digital Copywriter, or in a similar role.
  • Experience ideally gained within a B2B, industrial, engineering, technical, or corporate environment, or within an agency managing professional B2B clients.
  • Native or fluent command of French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and professional copywriting skills in all three languages.
  • Strong command of graphic design and social media management tools.
  • Experience in engineering, industry, construction, infrastructure, or technical services is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to understand complex technical topics and transform them into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
