Context
As part of tertiary-sector projects, we are looking for a CFO/CFA BIM Modeler to participate in carrying out the execution studies of electrical installations.
You will work on the BIM modeling of high-voltage current (CFO) and low-voltage current (CFA) networks, in collaboration with the design and construction teams. You will guarantee the quality of the digital models and their compliance with the project requirements.
Main Responsibilities
• Produce digital models of CFO/CFA installations under Revit.
• Produce execution drawings, sections, details and schedules.
• Model electrical networks in accordance with the project’s BIM standards.
• Update the models according to technical developments.
• Participate in BIM coordination with the other trades.
• Detect and contribute to the resolution of technical conflicts (clash detection).
• Guarantee the quality, consistency and compliance of BIM deliverables.
• Participate in technical meetings with the design and construction teams.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Good knowledge of BIM modeling applied to CFO/CFA installations.
• Experience in execution studies (EXE).
• Knowledge of tertiary-sector projects (offices, hospitals, hotels, retail, administrative buildings, etc.).
• Good understanding of the standards and design principles of electrical installations.
Candidate Profile
• Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in electrical engineering, BIM or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in CFO/CFA BIM modeling.
• Experience on tertiary-sector projects is mandatory.
• Proficiency in BIM processes and digital model production tools.
• Fluent French.
