Context
As part of tertiary-sector projects, we are looking for a CFO/CFA Site Supervisor to supervise the execution of electrical installation works in high-voltage currents (CFO) and low-voltage currents (CFA).
As a true operational link on site, you will ensure the organization, coordination and monitoring of the teams in order to guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, safety requirements and project objectives.
Main Responsibilities
• Organize and supervise CFO/CFA works on site.
• Supervise production teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Plan interventions and monitor the progress of the works.
• Check the compliance of installations with the plans and technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and prevention rules.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure follow-up with the various stakeholders.
• Anticipate material and resource requirements.
• Identify technical issues and propose suitable solutions.
• Report on progress to the Works Manager or Business Manager.
• Participate in the handover of installations and the lifting of outstanding items.
Technical Skills
• Solid knowledge of high-voltage current (CFO) and low-voltage current (CFA) electrical installations.
• Proven experience on tertiary-sector projects (offices, hospitals, hotels, retail, administrative buildings, etc.).
• Good command of electrical installation implementation techniques.
• Reading and interpretation of electrical plans and diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical standards and safety rules applicable on construction sites.
Candidate Profile
• Training in electrical engineering or equivalent (Vocational Baccalaureate, BTS or DUT).
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing CFO/CFA construction sites.
• Experience in a tertiary-sector environment is mandatory.
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate several stakeholders.
• Fluent French.
