Context
As part of the strengthening of a team working in complex industrial environments, we are looking for a Power BI Reporter profile to ensure the extraction, structuring, and reporting of planning data.
The position is mainly focused on the production and reliability of reporting, with data exploitation by discipline and the implementation of monitoring standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Extract planning data from Primavera P6.
- Structure, clean, and exploit data under Excel.
- Populate and update dashboards under Power BI.
- Produce the S-curves required for progress monitoring.
- Build and update key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Exploit and report data by discipline.
- Check the consistency and reliability of data.
- Implement reusable reporting standards and templates.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of reporting tools and methods.
Technical Skills
- Very good command of Excel.
- Good command of Power BI and dashboard creation.
- Operational knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Mastery of the creation and monitoring of S-curves.
- Ability to define, produce, and monitor KPIs.
- Good understanding of planning and progress data.
- Ability to structure and analyze data by discipline.
- Ability to standardize reporting methods and materials.
Candidate Profile
- Technical education at Bac+2 to Bac+5 level in engineering, project management, planning, data, or an equivalent field.
- Profile such as Technician, Assistant, Drafter or Engineer, with a strong interest in reporting and data processing.
- Experience in an industrial or complex engineering environment is appreciated.
- Ability to work from planning data and produce clear and reliable reports.
- Written English required.
