Project Context:
As part of a major railway infrastructure project involving the deployment of an automated metro system, the Technical & Interface Coordinator will operate within the Technical Coordination Team. This role is essential to ensuring efficient management of technical interfaces between the Design & Build (D&B) contractors and the project management (MOE), in close collaboration with the project owner (MOA), Owner’s Engineer (AMO), ISG, and ATMO teams.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Technical Interface Coordination:

Organize, lead, and participate in interface meetings

Draft and distribute minutes and track follow-up actions

Maintain and update the interface tracking system

Coordinate the review process of D&B deliverables by the engineering team (MOE)
2. Communication & Monitoring:

Respond to information requests from D&B contractors, MOA, or AMO

Ensure the transmission of all necessary information to resolve interface issues

Provide regular reporting on progress and critical interface points

Monitor exchanges between all project stakeholders
3. Proactive Issue Management:

Identify blocking points requiring enhanced internal coordination

Propose and implement action plans

Maintain constructive communication with all project contributors (MOE, D&B, MOA, AMO)
Candidate Profile:

Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in general engineering, automation, systems engineering, or industrial engineering
-
Experience: Minimum 2 years in transport systems or railway engineering

Languages: Fluent in French; technical English is a strong asset
