Context:
Within various Building Management Systems (BMS) projects, we are seeking a BMS Technician to work on the installation, commissioning, configuration, and maintenance of technical systems in tertiary and industrial environments.
Main Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning

Perform wiring and connection of field devices (sensors, actuators, controllers)

Program PLCs and controllers according to defined architectures

Conduct commissioning activities and verify correct system operation

Configure supervision interfaces (alarms, synoptics, dashboards)
Maintenance & Operation
-
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
-
Diagnose faults, analyze malfunctions, and carry out necessary repairs
-
Update software and adjust configurations as required
Support & Reporting
-
Write intervention reports and technical records
-
Serve as the on-site client contact, explaining performed actions

Participate in technical meetings and communicate feedback to management
Technical Skills:
-
Good knowledge of BMS/BAS systems such as Schneider, Siemens, TREND, WIT, Johnson Controls

Familiarity with protocols like BACnet, Modbus, KNX, IP, LON

Solid fundamentals in HVAC, electrical engineering, and automation
-
Use of supervision and programming tools (SCADA, Niagara, etc.)

Ability to read electrical schematics and installation plans

Profile Required:

Minimum Bac+2 level education (e.g., BTS CIRA, Electrotechnics, DUT GEII, Home Automation, Automation, or equivalent)

At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar BMS/BAS technician role (excluding internships, apprenticeships, or V.I.E)

Willingness and availability for frequent travel to client sites
