Context
As part of various tertiary sector projects (construction and renovation of technical buildings and public-access facilities) in the Île-de-France region, we are regularly seeking Site Managers for Tertiary Electrical Works (CFO/CFA) to strengthen our teams. These professionals will be involved in large-scale operations, working closely with project management and design offices, with high standards in quality and safety.
Main Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate internal and subcontracted teams

Plan and coordinate CFO and CFA works

Monitor supplies, manage equipment and site logistics

Ensure the quality and compliance of electrical installations

Guarantee team safety and adherence to regulatory standards

Participate in site meetings and provide regular reporting to the project manager
Profile Sought

Training in electrotechnics or equivalent practical experience

Proven experience managing tertiary electrical sites (CFO/CFA)

Solid knowledge of electrical standards and site safety regulations

Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities to manage teams
