Job Context
As part of strengthening its technical activities, the company intends to create a dedicated expert unit for the commissioning of technical installations, particularly in the HVAC domain. This strategic position aims to ensure the quality, performance, and compliance of installations in environments with high operational demands.
Main Responsibilities
Management and Structuring of the Commissioning Unit

Create, organize, and lead a team of technical experts.

Be responsible for recruitment, team leadership, and management to meet the high commissioning requirements of clients.
Commissioning Process Management

Act as Commissioning Manager for the technical trades.

Analyze client requirements related to commissioning, develop management tools for commissioning, and plan all technical tests.

Lead coordination meetings and manage operational teams throughout all testing phases, from factory acceptance to on-site tests under real conditions.
Testing Phases:

Phase L1: Write test protocols for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), participate in their execution, and validate manufacturer reports.

Phase L2: Adapt self-check sheets to project-specific requirements, train commissioning engineers, and monitor execution with quality controls.

Phase L3: Coordinate manufacturer tests, conduct static tests, and validate functional analyses by writing operating procedures.

Phase L4: Supervise dynamic load tests, write test records, and provide direct assistance to operational teams.

Phase L5: Contribute to writing test scripts for normal and degraded conditions and supervise their final on-site execution.
Technical Coordination and Client Relations

Coordinate interventions of all technical entities (construction, commissioning engineers, electricians, automation specialists), anticipating integration constraints between different work packages.

Serve as the technical referent for clients and project management.

Propose constructive solutions in case of deviations or adjustments.
Profile Sought

Holder of a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in HVAC engineering, thermal engineering, electrotechnics, or equivalent.

At least 10 years of experience in commissioning, operational safety, or technical management of complex installations.

Mastery of the Uptime Institute Tier requirements, critical environments, and digital tools (Office 365, technical tracking software, regulation systems).

Professional English is essential for effective communication with an international, especially Anglo-Saxon, clientele.
