Site Supervisor / Manager – Data Center (J25-191)

Location: Charleroi

Mission:

Supervise and manage construction activities for a Data Centre project in Belgium. Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and project specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate roofing, cladding, facades, and steel structures installation.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site regulations.
• Report on project progress, risks, and corrective actions.
• Liaise with project stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution of works.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in construction supervision.

Technical Skills: Roofing, cladding, facades, steel structures, etc.

Project Experience: Previous experience on Data Centre projects or similar demanding industrial/construction projects (e.g., boiler buildings).

Certifications (preferred): International safety training certificates such as NEBOSH / VCA.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
