Position Overview

As part of a large-scale construction project, we are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the project management team.

The position combines planning, document control, and performance reporting responsibilities, working closely with the project management team (MOE), the client (MOA), and industrial partners.

Main Responsibilities

1. Planning and Schedule Management

  • Develop, update, and consolidate the master project schedule using Primavera P6 (baselines, milestones, progress curves, and resource allocation).

  • Identify critical paths and analyze schedule impacts due to production delays.

  • Propose and track corrective actions in case of schedule deviations.

  • Participate in project reviews, steering committees (COPIL), and progress meetings.

  • Ensure consistency between internal and contractual schedules across multiple work packages (civil engineering, electrical systems, HVAC, automation, etc.).

2. Document and Collaboration Management

  • Administer project spaces in Mezzoteam: validation workflows, traceability, deliverable management, and visa approvals.

  • Ensure document compliance (as-built documentation, technical sheets, drawings, procedures).

  • Train and assist internal users in the proper use of collaborative tools.

  • Centralize and distribute information among project stakeholders (design teams, clients, contractors).

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Produce and analyze key performance indicators: progress, milestones, deviations, and alerts.

  • Contribute to weekly and monthly reports for project management and the client.

  • Participate in the risk and opportunity management process for the project.

Profile Required

  • Degree (Bac+4/5 or Master’s) in project management, engineering, or equivalent.

  • Proven experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in planning and document coordination on construction or large infrastructure projects.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Mezzoteam (or equivalent collaborative EDM tools).

  • Good understanding of multi-trade, multidisciplinary environments (civil works, HVAC, electrical, automation, etc.).

  • Strong rigor, analytical skills, communication abilities, and structured organization.
