Position Overview
As part of the expansion of its industrial electrical projects, we are seeking an experienced Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Site Manager to oversee the full execution of worksites — from preparation to client handover.
This role combines team management, technical supervision, and administrative control, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
Main Responsibilities

Manage the execution of industrial low-voltage electrical installation works (new builds, revamping, extensions).

Organize, plan, and coordinate the activities of internal teams and subcontractors.

Oversee the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of the sites.

Ensure all work complies with electrical standards and client requirements.

Enforce QHSE rules and policies on all work sites.

Participate in site meetings and provide regular progress reporting to the Project Manager.

Occasionally provide hands-on operational support on site to assist field teams.
Profile Required

Technical qualification in electrical engineering (Bac to Bac+3: BTS/DUT in Electrotechnics or equivalent).

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in low-voltage (LV) industrial projects.

Strong skills in low-voltage electricity (BT); knowledge of medium voltage (MV) is an asset.

Familiarity with electrical standards and current regulations.

Proven leadership, organizational rigor, and attention to execution detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and on-site teams.
