Position Context:
As part of a major port project at the Toulon Naval Base, we are seeking a Civil Engineering Works Supervisor.
The role is within a project management (MOE) or contractor framework, in a sensitive environment requiring a preliminary administrative clearance.
Main Missions:
Reporting to the project manager or site manager, you will ensure the technical, administrative, and quality monitoring of civil engineering works related to port infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control the execution of civil engineering works (quays, foundations, piles, networks, reinforced concrete structures, etc.).

Verify that works comply with execution plans, standards, and specifications.

Coordinate between construction teams, design office, and subcontractors.

Attend site meetings and prepare minutes and progress reports.

Track schedules, budgets, and performance indicators.

Monitor quality, safety, and environmental (QSE) standards on site.

Contribute to project handovers and provide regular reporting to project management.
Profile Sought:
Education: Civil Engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s level).
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in civil works supervision, ideally on port or maritime projects.
Technical Skills:

Piles, reinforced concrete, networks, earthworks, maritime structures.

Strong knowledge of site supervision procedures and technical reporting.

Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in port environments.

French nationality required.
