Main Objective

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to lead and implement technology-driven initiatives in the waste management sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program and project management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record working with government and public sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for waste management operations.
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with government agencies, public sector stakeholders, and internal teams to drive program success.
• Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with organizational goals and sector standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.

Profile Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (required).
• Professional certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) required.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing projects, with proven experience in government and public sector programs.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives and technology implementation projects.
• Knowledge of waste management systems, environmental technology, or smart city initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time and within budget.
