Context:
As part of the Grand Paris railway and urban projects (stations, tunnels, structures, railway systems), we are looking for a Railway OPC (Planning, Coordination, and Steering) specialist responsible for overall deadline management, anticipation of operational constraints, and coordination among the many project stakeholders.

The goal of the position is to ensure controlled, transparent execution that complies with contractual commitments through firm and proactive schedule management.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling
• Develop master and operational schedules, workload curves, and critical paths.
• Consolidate schedule data from design teams, contractors, operators, and concession holders.
• Define intervention sequences in complex environments: stations, tunnels, structures, and systems.

Project Steering
• Ongoing monitoring of actual vs. planned progress.
• Identify schedule risks, analyze impacts, and propose justified corrective measures.
• Prepare and lead schedule steering committees, planning workshops, and progress meetings.
• Produce reporting: deviations, consumed float, critical milestones, end-date forecasts.

Coordination
• Organize and synchronize interventions in civil works, track, catenary, signaling, energy, and systems.
• Coordinate with SGP, operators (RATP, SNCF Réseau), and concession holders.
• Manage field interfaces: site access, simultaneous works, railway and regulatory constraints.
• Make technical trade-offs to ensure overall consistency of phasing.

Technical Environment:
Tools: Primavera P6, MS Project.
Domains: Civil engineering, railway systems, operations, railway safety.
Regulatory framework: Grand Paris procedures, SNCF Réseau and RATP standards.

Desired Profile:
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in railway engineering, infrastructure, or project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in OPC or major infrastructure project management.
• Strong understanding of railway professions and operational constraints.
• Proven experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Experience on Grand Paris or dense-network projects highly valued.
• Behavioral skills: clear communication, decision-making ability, rigor, anticipation, alert posture, and ability to manage multi-stakeholder high-pressure environments.
