Context
As part of a complex industrial project such as a gigafactory, the Planner is responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing the overall project schedule, in coordination with engineering, construction, industrialization, procurement, and commissioning teams.
The position operates in a high-stakes technical and time-sensitive environment, where meeting deadlines is critical to the project’s success.
Main Responsibilities

Develop, update, and monitor detailed schedules (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning)

Identify critical paths and track key milestones

Analyze schedule deviations and propose corrective actions

Update progress and prepare schedule reports

Produce decision-making support materials for project management

Contribute to anticipating schedule risks and securing critical deadlines
Profile:

Degree: Master’s (Bac +5) in Project Management, Engineering, Industrial Planning, or equivalent
-
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years on complex industrial projects, ideally in energy, batteries, or nuclear

Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
