Context
As part of a complex industrial project such as a gigafactory, the OPC is responsible for scheduling, steering, and coordinating project activities, from the engineering phases through construction and commissioning.
The role involves close interaction with project, engineering, construction, and planning teams, as well as partner companies, within an international environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordination of multi-package project activities
- Steering and monitoring work progress in line with the master schedule
- Identification of critical interfaces and co-activity risks
- Coordination of contractors and stakeholders involved in the project
- Monitoring key milestones and contributing to schedule assurance
- Preparation and facilitation of coordination meetings
- Regular reporting to project management
Profile Required
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years in OPC or coordination of complex industrial projects
- Experience in energy, battery, or nuclear sectors would be an advantage
- Ability to work in an international environment, using English in a professional context
