Context:
As part of the development of its urban video surveillance (VPU) activities, our company is looking for a Business Manager capable of overseeing projects from start to finish. You are the central point of contact between the client, internal teams, and external partners. You manage projects in their entirety, with full responsibility for technical, financial, human, and safety performance.
Your Responsibilities
1. Overall Project Management

Analysis of the needs of local authorities or private clients

Technical feasibility studies and definition of appropriate solutions

Drafting of technical specifications
-
Work planning and resource allocation
-
Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors
-
Overall monitoring of deadlines, quality, and commitments
2. Financial and Administrative Management
-
Project costing and preparation of commercial offers
-
Responses to public and private tenders
-
Budget monitoring, margins, purchasing, and costs
-
Contract management and compliance with commitments
-
Invoicing, payment follow-up, and financial close-out of projects
3. Technical Monitoring of Installations

Supervision of technical studies (diagrams, drawings, networks, camera placement)

Monitoring of on-site work:

Camera installation
-
Fiber and copper networks
-
Servers, VMS, and associated equipment

Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations:

CNIL, GDPR

Cybersecurity

Security requirements

Organization and validation of technical and functional acceptance tests
4. Client Relationship and Support

Presentation of technical solutions in a clear and educational manner

Monitoring client satisfaction throughout the project

Leading site meetings, steering committees, and technical visits

Advising on the operation of video surveillance control centers (CSU / PC)

Managing adjustments and additional requests
5. Management and Coordination

Supervising and leading project teams

Planning and organizing interventions

Managing subcontractors

Strict enforcement of safety rules on construction sites
Profile:
-
Higher education degree in electrical engineering (Bachelor’s to Master’s level)
-
Proven experience in a similar position (VPU, low-voltage systems, infrastructure, security)

Strong background in site, project, and client management
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Professional use of AutoCAD

Good understanding of VPU architectures, networks, and security systems
