Context:
As part of an industrial decarbonization project based on hydrogen, we are looking for a Site Planning Manager to lead and control the site construction schedule.
This is a key position: you are responsible for deadlines, sequencing logic, and schedule visibility for both the project team and the client. This is not an administrative role. You are directly involved in on-site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage the detailed site construction schedule using Primavera P6
- Structure and control the EPC / construction schedule (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning)
- Monitor actual progress (physical progress vs schedule)
- Identify critical paths, deviations, and schedule risks
- Propose and implement recovery and mitigation plans
- Closely coordinate activities with:
- construction teams
- engineering teams
- subcontractors
- Prepare and lead schedule review meetings with project management
- Produce schedule and delay reports for the client and project management
- Challenge site planning assumptions (productivity rates, sequencing, resources)
Profile Required:
- Engineering degree
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial project planning
- Mandatory experience on construction sites
- Strong command of Primavera P6
- Proven experience on:
- heavy industrial projects
- energy / hydrogen / decarbonization projects (strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of engineering–procurement–construction (EPC) interfaces
- Ability to stand firm on schedule commitments with all stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an international, multicultural, high-pressure environment
