Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing and commercialization of a retail project in Madinah. The role involves managing relationships with tenants, driving leasing strategies, and ensuring the success of the retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process for a retail project from start to finish.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail and F&B brands.
• Develop leasing strategies and ensure occupancy targets are met.
• Negotiate lease agreements and manage partner relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and mall operations to support project goals.
• Work on new or complex retail projects, adapting strategies as needed.

Required Profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial leasing.
• Strong network with retail and F&B brands.
• Experience working with shopping malls or mall operators.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
