Project Context:
As part of a complex urban transport project, the Fire Safety Systems (FSS) Engineer is responsible for ensuring the compliance of safety systems with applicable standards, regulations, and technical requirements. The engineer supports the Owner (MOA) and coordinates all technical activities related to centralized Fire Safety Systems (SSI). The role also involves interfacing with various design teams (MOE) and external certification bodies, including CNPP.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support to Project Owner (MOA):

Provide and submit interface files to manage communication between the supervision system and connected equipment

Lead submission activities required for testing phases

Update activity schedules related to fire safety system evaluations
2. Documentation Coordination & Management:

Maintain and update tracking tables for documents reviewed by CNPP

Coordinate with system MOEs, central automation MOEs, infrastructure MOEs, and MOEs for equipment (AC-MR)

Centralize and manage data related to SSI within the Fire Supervision Control Center (PCSI)
3. Certification & Compliance:

Lead the certification process of the centralized SSI with CNPP

Monitor activity timelines and verify expected deliverables

Manage the response process to CNPP remarks and ensure clearance of any reserves
4. Technical Writing & Reporting:

Draft technical opinions and recommended corrective actions

Provide regular updates to the MOA on SSI mission progress

Support the mission manager in consolidating overall project reports
Candidate Profile:

Education: Engineering degree (generalist or specialized in electrical engineering, electronics, or automated systems)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a similar SSI/STPG role

At least 8 years in industrial or transport system environments
