Context:
As part of a construction project in an oil & gas environment, you will work as a Project Planner within the engineering and construction teams. The role is technical, with partial responsibility for scheduling decisions and a support and supervision role for project teams (engineers, site supervisors, construction teams). You are responsible for the consistency, reliability, and continuous updating of the project schedule.
Main Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update the overall project schedule using Primavera P6

Structure the schedule by work packages (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning)

Identify the critical path, contractual milestones, and scheduling risks
-
Monitor actual progress versus planned progress and analyze variances
-
Propose rescheduling scenarios in case of delays or deviations
-
Produce scheduling reports for project management

Work in direct interface with:

Engineering teams

Construction teams

Site supervision

Project management

Participate in progress and schedule coordination meetings

Contribute to technical decisions related to deadlines and work sequencing
Profile:

Engineering degree or equivalent
-
At least one successfully delivered project as a planner (mandatory)

Experience in industrial construction, ideally in oil & gas / refinery / onshore projects

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6

Good understanding of site constraints (construction activities, trade interfaces)
