Mission Context:
As part of the development of our activities in Smart Building and Building Management Systems (BMS), we are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Manager capable of managing the technical, commercial, and contractual aspects of high-value projects for key accounts.
Main Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations and technical-commercial proposals in close collaboration with sales engineers and technical teams.

Coordinate between sales, design, and execution teams to ensure overall project coherence.

Manage BMS / energy management projects from design to commissioning, ensuring client satisfaction.

Monitor technical and financial progress of projects and provide regular reporting to clients and management.

Define and validate technical solutions to improve existing installations.

Coordinate subcontractors and technical partners to ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements.

Develop new offerings and partnerships in line with technological advances and market needs.
Profile Sought:
-
Education: Bac +4 / +5 (Engineering School or University) in HVAC, Automation, or Energy.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in coordination and management of BMS / BEMS / energy efficiency projects.
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of BMS/HVAC systems and energy management.

Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects.

Comfortable with technical, financial, and contractual project management.
