Context
As part of tertiary and ERP (public-access buildings) projects, we are looking for a Construction Manager (MOEX) to ensure the monitoring and coordination of operations during the execution phase.
The role requires a strong on-site presence as well as close coordination between contractors, the client (project owner), and all project stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Work Supervision
- Ensure daily monitoring of construction work during the execution phase.
- Verify compliance of work with plans, technical specifications (CCTP), and requirements.
- Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations are respected.
Site Coordination
- Manage contractors and coordinate all trades.
- Organize and lead site meetings.
- Identify construction issues and propose appropriate solutions.
Technical Management & Reporting
- Monitor defects (snags) and non-compliance issues.
- Track work progress and produce site reports.
- Participate in project handover and resolution of outstanding issues.
Project Interface
- Act as the link between the client, project management team, and contractors.
- Ensure smooth flow of technical and operational information.
Profile Required
- Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in construction, civil engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in MOEX on tertiary or ERP projects.
- Generalist profile (all trades – TCE) or specialized in a technical package.
- Strong understanding of site constraints and multi-stakeholder environments.

- Plan reading and CAD tools (AutoCAD is a plus)
- Planning tools (MS Project or equivalent is a plus)
