Reporting to the Construction Management Department, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities within your assigned scope, from order intake to project delivery. In a high-pressure, demanding sector, we are seeking a Construction Engineer who can manage multiple projects in parallel with rigor and efficiency. Our client specializes in complementary construction works prior to handover on complex sites, in coordination with general contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall Project Management

Full project oversight from order intake through execution to final handover

Define staffing and equipment needs from the booking phase onward

Strict tracking of schedules, budgets, progress, and issue resolution
Team Management & Coordination

Supervision of Site Managers and Technicians

Daily team management: setting goals and providing operational support

Ability to read technical plans and communicate effectively without direct hands-on involvement
Stakeholder Relations & Communication

Act as interface with a variety of stakeholders: clients, project owners, general contractors, subcontractors

Frequent on-site presence to support, understand, and anticipate project needs

Participation in strategic meetings and coordination during critical phases
Safety, Quality, and Compliance

Ensure compliance with HSE standards, internal methods, and contractual obligations

Lead safety meetings and monitor adherence to quality procedures
Adaptability & Reporting

Flexibility in navigating complex or evolving contexts

Ability to operate in structured environments with heavy internal processes

Proficiency in digital tools for administrative and operational tracking
Profile:

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent

Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management, ideally with a general contractor

Proven project management, team leadership, and budget oversight skills

Strong focus on safety and quality standards

Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset
