Mission Context:
As part of a rail transport project (metro line construction or extension), we are looking for a High & Low Voltage Test Engineer (HT/LV) to supervise electrical testing activities prior to commissioning. The role focuses on on-site supervision of tests in coordination with the construction, systems, and safety teams.
Main Responsibilities:

Participate in planning test campaigns (factory and on-site testing)

Draft or validate test procedures (FAT, SAT, commissioning tests)

Ensure availability of test tools and associated equipment
Test Execution:

Supervise High Voltage / Low Voltage testing on installations:

Electrical panels, main LV switchboards (TGBT), transformers, cabling, UPS, traction power networks, etc.

Assist in the energization of equipment in compliance with safety regulations

Analyze test results and produce related documentation:

Test reports, certificates, non-conformity sheets

Monitor anomalies and ensure resolution of punch list items

Participate in technical coordination meetings with other disciplines (civil works, tracks, power, signalling…)
Profile Required:
Education:
-
Master’s degree or Engineering diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Automation
Experience:
-
Experience in urban or railway transport projects (metro, tramway, RER, etc.) is preferred

Familiarity with electrical commissioning and testing procedures
Technical Skills:

Good knowledge of HT/LV electrical systems in railway or heavy infrastructure environments

Mastery of testing procedures and related safety rules

Analytical mindset, autonomy, and attention to detail
Other Information:

Field-based role, with regular presence on construction sites

Travel may be required between multiple project sites in the region
