Context
Due to a significant increase in its tertiary projects, the company is currently facing challenges related to the lack of experience among some junior staff in HVAC construction. To ensure smooth project execution, strengthen on-site presence, and guarantee compliance with deadlines and quality standards, management is opening three positions for experienced HVAC Project Managers.
These senior profiles will be responsible for managing the works, supporting operational teams, and providing immediate expertise on sensitive, tightly scheduled projects.
Main Responsibilities

Full management of HVAC works (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).

Site supervision: coordination with contractors, team oversight, quality control.

Management of costs, schedules, procurement, and contractual follow-up.

Liaison with clients, design offices, project management, and other technical packages.

Occasional involvement in execution studies (plan reading, verifications), but the role is heavily construction-oriented, not a design office position.
Profile:

Seniors only (significant experience in HVAC construction required).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Use of AutoCAD for plan reading/opening (no advanced production required).

Solid on-site experience: team management, multi-site coordination, client relations.

Autonomy, reliability, and ability to handle construction site pressure.
