Context
As part of industrial projects with high regulatory requirements, we are looking for an HVAC / Ventilation Methods Engineer to work on ventilation and HVAC installations, mainly in a nuclear environment, or alternatively in an industrial setting.
Reporting to the technical teams, you will play a key role in structuring methods, optimizing intervention processes, and supporting construction and maintenance teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and formalize intervention methods for HVAC / ventilation systems.
- Develop and update operating procedures, technical procedures, and methods documentation.
- Analyze technical files and prepare construction or maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support to field teams (construction, maintenance, supervision).
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HVAC processes while integrating safety, quality, and scheduling constraints.
- Contribute to performance monitoring, indicators, and feedback/lessons learned.
- Work closely with project, maintenance, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, nuclear standards, and norms.
Required Profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering (HVAC, energy, mechanical engineering, or equivalent).
- Experience in HVAC / ventilation methods, ideally in a nuclear environment
(or alternatively in heavy industry / process industries). - Strong knowledge of ventilation systems, HVAC, and air treatment.
- Ability to structure methods and support operational teams.
- Engineer / supervisor role with partial technical responsibility.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and well-organized.

- SAP Ariba (procurement / supplier management environment, depending on scope)
