Context
As part of complex projects in tertiary and/or industrial environments, we are looking for a CFO/CFA Electrical Engineer to manage the design, technical oversight, and coordination of electrical studies. The role requires strong autonomy and the ability to work across both high and low current systems.
Main Responsibilities

Carry out electrical studies: schematics, plans, and technical calculation notes for power (CFO) and low current (CFA) systems

Design and dimension installations; select appropriate equipment

Analyze technical specifications (CCTP), contribute to tenders and technical proposals

Coordinate with project teams, design offices, and construction companies

Manage technical interfaces with other trades (HVAC, fire safety systems, security, BMS, etc.)

Lead technical meetings with stakeholders (designers, clients, contractors)

Draft technical documents (tender packages, as-built documentation, summary reports, etc.)
Technical Skills Required

Strong expertise in high current (CFO): panels, main switchboards (TGBT), distribution, lighting, safety

Proficient in low current (CFA) systems: fire detection, access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, data networks (VDI)

Skilled with AutoCAD, Caneco, Dialux; Revit is a plus

Solid understanding of electrical standards and regulations in regulated environments

Ability to read and produce complex technical documentation
Profile Sought

Bac+5 (Master’s degree or equivalent) in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or related field

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within CFO/CFA engineering

Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and make sound technical decisions

Autonomous, rigorous, analytical, and collaborative within project teams

Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
