Main Responsibilities:
As a Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the successful execution of on-site electrical works, both technically and organizationally. Reporting to the Site Manager or Project Manager, you ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Site Preparation & Organization:

Analyze technical plans and documentation

Anticipate workforce and equipment needs

Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
Execution Monitoring:

Supervise low-voltage (LV) electrical installations
-
May work on MV (HTA) installations if qualified

Monitor quality, deadlines, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards

Perform self-checks, testing, and commissioning
Team Management:

Lead teams of installers and electricians
-
Organize schedules and task distribution

Conduct and lead site meetings
Reporting & Client Interface:

Track project progress and write reports
-
Interface with other trades and the client on site

Raise alerts in case of delays, quality issues, or budget deviations
Profile Sought:
Experience:

Minimum 3 years in a similar role in industrial and/or tertiary environments
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations
-
Medium voltage (MV/HTA) knowledge is a plus

Proficient in reading plans, schematics, and technical documentation
