Context
As part of the development of our industrial activities, we are looking for a Methods / Industrialization Engineer. You will be involved in projects related to rotating machines (stator and rotor) in a demanding environment, particularly for nuclear applications.
Main Responsibilities

Process preparation & qualification: Identify, anticipate, prepare, and qualify manufacturing processes in compliance with applicable standards and specifications.

Design support: Collaborate with the product design office to ensure industrial feasibility (cost, safety, assembly).

Shop floor / plant support: Monitor operations, validate feasibility, and resolve deviations.

Continuous improvement: Analyze non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and initiate optimization initiatives.

Tooling: Define requirements, draft specifications, and monitor tooling development.

Documentation & methods: Draft process documentation (MPP, routings, work instructions, operating procedures) and perform risk analyses (FMEA).

ERP & industrialization: Integrate data into the ERP system (SAP), define optimized industrial flows, and lead the industrialization of new products or modifications.

Technical monitoring: Stay up to date with technological developments in processes and materials.
Profile

Engineering degree in methods, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in methods or industrialization within an industrial environment (sector open).

Knowledge and practical experience with SAP.

Experience in the nuclear industry is highly valued.

Experience with rotating machines (stator, rotor) is a strong asset.

Autonomous, rigorous, analytical, and capable of working transversally with design, production, and quality teams.
