Job Objective

Reporting to an industrial and logistics site, you will support operational performance and the digitalization of internal logistics processes.
You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of material flows and the performance enhancement of field teams.

Main Responsibilities

Logistics and storage flow optimization

  • Analyze physical flows (inbound, outbound, shipments, inventories).

  • Identify sources of productivity loss and propose corrective action plans.

  • Reduce handling times and improve the efficiency of storage areas.

  • Digitalization and automation of internal processes

  • Develop and deploy digital tools for monitoring, analysis, and management (dashboards, KPIs).

  • Contribute to the implementation of real-time traceability and management tools.

Continuous improvement & industrial performance

  • Implement Lean, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, SMED, and VSM methodologies.

  • Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, safety).

  • Support teams in problem-solving and standardizing practices.

Training and team support

  • Raise awareness among logistics teams about new methods and tools.

  • Train operators, forklift drivers, and supervisors in best practices and procedures.

Profile Sought

Education

  • Master’s degree / Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (continuous improvement, industrial performance, or operational logistics).

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes (receiving, storage, shipping, inventory).

  • Proficiency in continuous improvement tools: Lean, Kaizen, 5S, FMEA, PDCA.

  • Experience with digitalization and management tools: Power BI, advanced Excel, ERP systems.

  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, field-oriented, and ability to engage teams.

Work Environment

  • Experience in industrial, nuclear, or sensitive logistics environments is a plus (not mandatory).
