Project Context
As part of a major expansion of a large industrial site (battery sector), two significant projects are underway to modernize the exhaust systems. The scope includes complex installations in a regulated environment with multiple interfaces: production equipment, dust extraction systems, connections to utilities.
Main Responsibilities
Tender Phase – Consultation

Draft technical specifications for the lots to be tendered (ductwork, electricity, compressed air, BMS/GTB connections, etc.)

Participate in the tendering process

Analyze feedback and adjust technical documentation accordingly
Tender Analysis Phase (ACT)

Conduct technical and economic analysis of proposals
-
Prepare comparative tables and participate in supplier negotiations
Execution Phase (DET) – Project Monitoring

Plan and coordinate interventions in a constrained industrial environment

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements: safety plans, hot work permits, work authorizations, lockouts

Monitor work progress: compliance, quality, schedule, cost control

Organize testing, punch lists (OPR), and manage issue resolution through to final acceptance
Required Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager or Site Manager in an industrial environment

Expertise in exhaust systems, industrial ventilation, and dust extraction

Solid understanding of demanding industrial environments: battery, automotive, pharmaceutical sectors, etc.

Strong experience in multi-trade project management

Ability to read technical drawings, coordinate construction sites, and manage subcontractors

Knowledge of HSE regulations (safety plans, work permits, etc.)
Desired Profile

Minimum Bac+2 education (e.g., BTS in Fluids/Energy/Environment, Electrical Engineering, etc.)

Bac+5 Engineering degree is a plus
