Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Planner to support large-scale industrial and EPC projects within complex environments.
The role involves leading planning activities, managing schedule performance, and ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and operational constraints.
This position requires strong experience in heavy processing industries such as oil & gas, nuclear, or similar sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, structure and maintain master and detailed project schedules.
- Establish and manage baseline schedules in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Perform advanced critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.
- Consolidate planning inputs from engineering, procurement and construction teams.
- Lead and coordinate planning teams across multiple work packages.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Prepare executive-level planning reports and performance dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and applicable labor regulations.
Required Profile
- Over 8 years of experience in project planning within industrial environments.
- Proven experience on large-scale EPC projects.
- Background in heavy process industries (oil & gas, nuclear, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated leadership capability and team management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of French labor law.
- Professional fluency in French required.
