Main Objective

We are seeking an experienced Technology Strategist to develop and implement innovative technical strategies that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the technology field, with a strong background in strategy development, and exposure to international technology companies and Big Four consulting firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement technology strategies that drive innovation and business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology adoption, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Lead assessment of technical infrastructure and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Advise on technology investment decisions and long-term planning.
• Monitor technology trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Mentor and guide internal teams on best practices in technology strategy and implementation.

Profile Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (required).

Experience

• At least 15 years of experience in the technology field, including prior work in Big Four firms in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology strategy development and management.
• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience working in European technology companies.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
• Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, IT governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work in multicultural and cross-geographical teams.
