Context and Objective
As part of the development of our activities in the elevator sector for new construction, we are looking for a Project Engineer – Works to manage installation projects across various types of sites (commercial buildings, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects).
The role involves full project management, from order intake to final acceptance, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage construction activities within a defined scope, from order to final handover
- Oversee projects (schedule, budget, quality, and risk management)
- Monitor site progress and report to management
Operational Coordination
- Support and supervise site teams
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
- Participate in site meetings and maintain client relationships
Contractual and Technical Management
- Manage a portfolio of projects in line with contractual commitments
- Contribute to drafting specifications and technical requirements
- Assist in preparing tender responses and technical proposals
Business Development
- Identify new clients and market opportunities
- Participate in prospecting and business development activities
- Assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions
Profile Required
- Engineering degree or Master’s (Bac+5) in construction, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering
- Experience in construction/project management in building equipment or elevator sectors
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder construction sites
- Good understanding of technical and contractual challenges in project execution
- Ability to manage a portfolio of projects
