Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Office Engineer with strong expertise in Process / Industrial Engineering to lead technical coordination and engineering documentation on a large-scale infrastructure project.
The role focuses on ensuring the quality, consistency and integration of all process-related deliverables, while coordinating interfaces between engineering disciplines and construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate process engineering deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, specifications).
- Ensure proper tracking and control of all process documentation and submittals.
- Lead coordination between process, mechanical, electrical and I&C disciplines.
- Supervise preparation and validation of technical submittals and vendor documentation.
- Monitor progress of process engineering activities and anticipate risks or delays.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Interface with contractors, consultants and client representatives.
- Support commissioning and start-up phases from a process perspective.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support team coordination.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Process, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a similar senior Office Engineer or technical coordination role.
- Strong experience in industrial processes and system integration.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Experience in international project environments is preferred.
- Relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
