BIM HVAC Designer (J26-213)

Overview

You will work remotely on an international project, focusing on the BIM modeling and coordination of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Model HVAC systems (ductwork, piping, equipment) in BIM environment
• Produce detailed coordination and execution drawings
• Perform clash detection with other disciplines (structure, architecture, electrical)
• Optimize routing of HVAC systems
• Update BIM models based on project feedback
• Attend coordination meetings remotely

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or similar
• Proven experience in BIM HVAC projects
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Experience working remotely is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Technical Skills

• BIM modeling (MEP) using Revit
• Good understanding of HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
