Context
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and oversee the company’s HR operations and people management strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing human capital, strengthening organizational culture, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s long-term objectives. You will be responsible for creating a positive and high-performing work environment while supporting both employees and management.
Missions & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s overall human resources strategy and policies
- Lead, supervise, and support HR teams and employees .
- Foster employee engagement, performance, and internal cohesion within the organization
- Oversee recruitment, talent management, training, and workforce development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices
- Support managers in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
- Drive organizational development and contribute to building a strong company culture
- Monitor HR performance indicators and recommend continuous improvement strategies
Profile Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources management or leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and organizational development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage teams, solve problems, and make strategic decisions
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a proactive mindset
- Fluency in French and good command of English are preferred
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and leadership presence
