Context
We are seeking experienced Senior Civil / Structural Engineers and Civil / Structural Engineers to support the structural engineering delivery of prestigious hospitality and mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will contribute to the design review, technical coordination, and site support of complex building structures while ensuring compliance with project specifications, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and international engineering standards.
These roles are suited to professionals with proven experience in detailed structural design, shop drawing review, and multidisciplinary coordination on large-scale projects across the Middle East.
Main Responsibilities
- Review, update, and verify structural calculations, reinforcement detailing, structural framing layouts, and engineering documentation.
- Review shop drawings and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable design standards.
- Respond to technical site queries (RFIs) and provide timely technical clarification during construction activities.
- Coordinate structural interfaces with architectural and MEP disciplines throughout project execution.
- Perform structural design reviews and support engineering optimization initiatives.
- Conduct value engineering studies while preserving the functional and spatial requirements of luxury hospitality interior layouts.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and technical workshops with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
Senior Civil / Structural Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in detailed structural design and coordination of large-scale building projects in the Middle East.
- Strong experience reviewing structural calculations, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Excellent understanding of complex structural systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
Civil / Structural Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
- Experience in structural design, shop drawing review, and technical coordination for building projects.
- Familiarity with construction support activities and multidisciplinary engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and applicable design standards.
