Context
We are seeking an experienced Façade & Fitout Specialist to oversee the engineering coordination and technical execution of high-performance building envelopes and luxury interior fit-out packages for prestigious hospitality developments in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure seamless integration between façade systems, architectural finishes, interior spaces, and multidisciplinary engineering requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in luxury hospitality projects involving complex façade systems and premium interior fit-out works.
Main Responsibilities
- Review and monitor the engineering execution of complex façade systems, including curtain walls, structural glazing, architectural precast, and external envelope components.
- Ensure façade designs and installations comply with project specifications, established design standards, and Saudi Arabian environmental requirements.
- Oversee the technical delivery of high-end interior fit-out works, including luxury lobbies, atriums, all-day dining areas, spas, and premium public spaces.
- Coordinate interfaces between façade, architecture, interior design, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, material specifications, and installation methodologies.
- Monitor construction quality and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Ensure compliance with acoustic performance (STC), thermal insulation, waterproofing, air tightness, and visual quality standards.
- Participate in inspections, testing, technical reviews, and consultant/client approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support value engineering initiatives while preserving architectural intent and luxury hospitality standards.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Façade Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience delivering façade engineering and luxury fit-out packages for 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or premium mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, structural glazing, architectural finishes, and high-end construction detailing.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, specialist contractors, and consultants.
- Good understanding of Saudi Arabian construction standards and international building performance requirements.
