Context

As part of the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure (EVCS), we are looking for an EVCS Expert – High-Voltage Maintenance to ensure the maintenance of a portfolio of high-voltage substations supplying fast-charging stations in Île-de-France.

As the technical reference, you will manage a maintenance contract, coordinate the activities of a team of technicians, and ensure the availability, quality, and safety of the installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a maintenance contract dedicated to high-voltage electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
  • Organize and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Perform maintenance operations on high-voltage substations.
  • Provide technical supervision to a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Monitor the operational execution of interventions and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Act as the primary client contact for technical matters.
  • Assist the Business Manager in managing activities.
  • Monitor the quality of services delivered and prepare intervention reports.
  • Identify risks associated with interventions and ensure the application of safety rules (site marking, PPE, lockout/tagout, equipment condition).
  • Monitor and update maintenance management tools and information systems.

Technical Skills

  • Solid experience in the maintenance of high-voltage substations.
  • Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance operations on high-voltage electrical installations.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure (EVCS), ideally DC fast-charging stations.
  • Valid H2B2 electrical authorizations (mandatory).
  • Training in P1, P2, or P3 procedures is considered an advantage.
  • Good proficiency in maintenance monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B) is mandatory, with mobility throughout Île-de-France.

Candidate Profile

  • Vocational diploma (MELEC), BTS in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in high-voltage maintenance.
  • Experience in an EVCS environment is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership to a maintenance team while remaining operational in the field.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities.
