Context
As part of the expansion of our activities in the field of electrical infrastructure, we are looking for a Public Lighting Project Manager.
You will manage a portfolio of projects while ensuring their technical, financial, and operational performance. You will also be responsible for leading teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage public lighting projects from initial takeover through to final project acceptance.
- Ensure the technical, administrative, contractual, and financial monitoring of projects.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, profit margins, and performance indicators.
- Lead and coordinate works supervisors, site managers, and operational teams.
- Plan activities and optimize human and material resources.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, cost targets, and safety requirements.
- Manage relationships with clients, local authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Contribute to business development and identify new business opportunities.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in public lighting and outdoor electrical networks.
- Proven expertise in project/business management and financial oversight.
- Good knowledge of public works contracts and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing operational teams.
- Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
- Knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or an equivalent field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Public Lighting Project Manager or in a similar position.
- Applications from Public Lighting Works Supervisors who have progressed into team management, project leadership, and financial management roles will also be considered with interest.
- A valid Category B driving license is mandatory.
