Main Responsibilities
As a Low & Medium Voltage Electrical Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the smooth execution of electrical works on-site, ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines, and safety regulations. Reporting to the Works Supervisor or Project Manager, you manage the operational and human aspects of the project.
Site Preparation & Organization:

Analyze plans and technical documentation

Anticipate material and workforce requirements

Schedule and coordinate internal and subcontractor teams
Work Execution Monitoring:

Supervise LV (Low Voltage) and MV (HTA – Medium Voltage) electrical installations (if qualified)

Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols

Perform self-checks, assist with testing and commissioning
Team Management:

Manage on-site installers and electricians

Allocate tasks and monitor schedules

Lead and facilitate site meetings
Reporting & Client Interface:

Draft progress and monitoring reports

Serve as liaison between trades and the client on-site

Raise alerts in case of deviations (quality, schedule, budget)
Profile Sought
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years as site supervisor or electrical works team leader in an industrial environment (new construction, revamping, technical shutdowns, etc.)
Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in LV electrical installations

MV (HTA) knowledge highly valued
-
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and schematics
