Position Overview
As part of the construction of buildings for military use, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the technical and contractual management of HVAC installations.
This role takes place within a highly demanding technical, regulatory, and security environment.
Main Responsibilities

Manage HVAC projects for tertiary or industrial sites (excluding ERP/public-access and residential buildings).

Perform a critical review of execution studies and validate the technical solutions proposed.

Oversee the contractual and financial aspects of projects: scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Coordinate technical activities with internal teams, subcontractors, and project owners.

Supervise on-site work during the execution phase, up to commissioning.

Monitor QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) aspects on sensitive construction sites.

Read and interpret plans using Revit and AutoCAD.
Profile Required

Degree in HVAC engineering, energy systems, or equivalent (Bachelor’s to Master’s level).

At least 3 years of experience managing HVAC projects in a tertiary or industrial environment.

Strong understanding of contractual and regulatory procedures.

Proficiency in Revit / AutoCAD for reading and technical tracking.

Due to the sensitive nature of the activities, this position requires Defense clearance — therefore, French nationality is mandatory, in compliance with current regulations.
