Position Overview
As part of the expansion of electrical installation activities, we are seeking an Electrical Site Manager / Works Supervisor.
You will be responsible for overseeing cable pulling, connection, and installation of electrical equipment, in coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and the client.
The position requires a strong on-site presence and plays a key role in ensuring the proper execution, quality, and safety of electrical works.
Main Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and monitor daily cable pulling and connection operations.

Supervise on-site teams (internal and subcontractors) and ensure compliance of all works.

Track the work schedule, anticipate deviations, and ensure timely project delivery.

Check quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of installations.

Coordinate with the Design Office, Planning Department, Methods Office, and other trades.

Manage material needs, logistics, and supplies for site activities.

Participate in coordination meetings and report progress to both the client and management.
Profile Required

Technical background in electrical engineering (Bac+2/3: BTS/DUT/Professional License) or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in supervising electrical works, ideally on industrial or complex tertiary projects.

Strong expertise in HT/BT cable pulling, installation of cabinets and panels, connections, and cable routing.

Solid understanding of electrical standards and QHSE regulations applicable to worksites.

Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, rigor, and result orientation.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on-site.
